The club for entrepreneurs, managed by entrepreneurs
Knowing how to surround yourself with the right people is an entrepreneurial skill. Discovering a new local ecosystem, whether personal or professional, is an expatriate skill.
As I belong to both categories, it is quite natural that I turned to one of the most recognized French-speaking Business Clubs in Barcelona and Spain: La Peña Business Club.
Founded in Barcelona 15 years ago by Emmanuel Deleau, La Peña is, in his own words, the club he would have liked to find when he arrived himself in the Catalan capital years earlier. The Club is for entrepreneurs who want to be part of a trusted ecosystem where they can share their loneliness, their difficulties and thus develop relationships of trust. And all this preferably over a good meal!
Within only a few months, I met entrepreneurs with very different profiles who warmly welcomed me and with whom I've had simple, useful and concrete exchanges. With its now international influence on 3 countries - Spain, Portugal, France - and 15 cities, an Investors Club and an investment vehicle, it offers a place where meetings and exchanges are all the more meaningful.
