For almost 25 years, I have been developing consulting, training, coaching ventures on 4 continents and 8 different countries (France, UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Morocco, Turkey and Spain), both as a corporate consultant and an international entrepreneurial leader, across a range of different industries including IT, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Education, Security, Media.
I started my career as a business consultant, managing Working Capital optimization projects for major industrial groups in Europe and the United States within a leading-edge consulting firm. Then, as a Partner and Managing Director, I managed my own professional training company in France for more than 10 years, developing added value and tailored made managerial training content & approaches for thousands of employees and state agents. Transitioning to Casablanca in 2015, I created, launched and deployed the African Executive Education offer of a world-class business school, leading team and processes related to Executive programs.
I then founded G&L Shift®, a coaching firm that uses online e-coaching 3.0 tools to support my professional coaching. Back in Europe, based successively in Istanbul and Barcelona, I have extended my digital coaching reach to both continents, Europe and Africa. I support my clients in their transition, evolution, innovation endeavors, helping them to step back from complex situations, while providing relevant tools and resources that contribute to their growth.

Sabine JULIEN-LAFERRIERE
Graduated with a master's degree in Public Law from Paris II Panthéon ASSAS and a DESS in "Information and Journalism Techniques" from the French Press Institute, I have acquired nearly 20 years of professional experience in journalism and external and internal communication, in communication agencies and with the advertiser. Specializations: Consulting in internal and external communication strategies / Press relations / Crisis prevention and management / Digital communication (social media animation, brand content).
Expatriate in Casablanca for almost 4 years, I work on headhunting missions for expert executives on behalf of the Taste firm, located in Paris.
At the same time, I practice my Executive Coach activity, face-to-face or remotely, to help executives and managers solve their problems or support the various transitions in the professional and personal life of my clients.

Graduated from the Toulouse Business School and Holder of a Master 2 in Training Engineering from the University of Toulouse 1, I started my career in auditing within the firm KPMG Audit then in Corporate positions in international groups in France and abroad. After 2 years in Africa within an NGO (ACF and Handicap International) I moved to Mali and opened the BR CONSULTING firm.
I work as a trainer in human resources, leadership and management in Mali but also throughout West Africa. I also intervene regularly as a teacher at IRIS SUP level as part of its distance program of Humanitarian Manager. I am developing a professional coaching activity in Mali and West Africa, face-to-face or remotely

Karin ROLAND
Holder of a master's degree in educational science from the University of Liège (Bac +5) and after a 15-year career in a company during which I held various positions as trainer, training manager and project manager, I has devoted myself fully to my activity as a consultant, professional coach and trainer for 15 years.
My vocation: To put the human relationship back at the center of business management while boosting performance. Benevolent management is my response to this challenge, my way of contributing to a more human world by acting in the professional sphere. This is why I co-created BYS (Become Your Success) in 2018 to support managers to become true, calm and fulfilled leaders by developing collaboration in their team. Relational quality thus becomes the spearhead of the progress of their business. Of course, this requires adaptations in human behavior and for more than 15 years I have relied on the Dynamic Spiral to support these changes within companies.
